Teresa was very friendly and thoroughly explained the process of ordering my new glasses. They should be ready in two weeks. So far I am very happy with Visionworks.

I went to this place year and was great but, I called to make an appointment and was told I need to make two arrangements one foe diabetic eye exam and one for a routine eye exam they can't be done on the sane day. That's malarkey I've been getting both exams done the same day and same time for over twenty years now. They are trying to pull a fast one so they can charge me another 40 bucks. Not !!!!
I had a great experience I’m not good with names but Kristy I believe is her name was absolutely amazing! She made the whole process so smooth and she had such a wonderful vibe to her! I definitely recommend this location and they had a wide variety of frames to chose from.
I'm giving American Vision in Burlington one star because it's been two and a half weeks since I ordered my glasses, and they can't tell me when they'll arrive. I was asking about them, but none of the employees had any information. I paid for the glasses in advance, $700. The manager, Cynthia Ortiz, came out and told me I was being rude, but I was only asking for a delivery date because I live an hour and 20 minutes away from the Burlington office. This is the third time I've come here. The general manager treated me very, very badly, telling me that she was the general manager and that I should let her speak because I shouldn't be saying anything, and that I was being rude, which is false. I don't recommend going to that store and spending $700 or $800 on glasses only to be treated so poorly. Nobody wants to drive an hour and 20 minutes just to see if their glasses are ready because they can't even tell you what day they'll arrive. I went to that office, unfortunately, because one of my sons has a business right next door, and he told me to order my glasses there, and I listened to him, but I regret going to that place. The general manager, Cynthia Ortiz, doesn't know how to treat customers; all she knows how to say is "shut up, I'm the general manager." That's why I had to cancel my order and go spend my money somewhere where I'll be treated better and where they can give me a date when my glasses will be ready.
I came in too early for insurance, employee took all my information and entered it in the computer so that when I returned yesterday everything was ready to go, just needed to add benefits for payment. Visit was really quick. I appreciate that.
