This store was great. Staff to help as soon as you walk in, clean place, large variety and the must important part, RACHEL WAS AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my glasses. The quality of the lenses at Vision Works is excellent. In the 8 years I have been using them, never had an issue. Very happy, in general, with this VisionWorks store.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Vision Works on sw 117 ave. & 88 st. I was referred to this location by my brother. The process went amazingly smooth. A big shout out to Tony! Thanks for helping me select my glasses. Your high quality customer service and cool disposition led me to write this review. I hope that it draws others in to enjoy an experience like mine. The best.

Wow! What a nice place with good customer service. So many different options and styles as well wow! Big shout out to Gabriel who fixed my extremely damaged Versace glasses perfectly, free of charge! Wow wow wow highly recommended!!!

I in because my son broke his glasses. They weren't originally purchased here.we need a new frames. Tony was great. Tony found it a bear of rings that fit his lenses and even used a coupon to help with the cost.⁰
