I’ve been coming to the Visionworks on Bird Rd for years. The previous manager, Ayleen, felt like family and always looked out for my specific needs. When I heard she moved to another store, I was honestly worried about who would take care of me this year. ​However, this store never lets me down! The doctor who performed my exam was amazing—young, highly skilled, and pinpointed my prescription in minutes. And then there was Paola! Paola was absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond, offering great options I hadn't even considered. Thank you for the consistently excellent service!

Was in on Saturday, Feb 7th with my elderly Mom to pick up her new glasses (3 pairs). Mel, immediately acknowledged us and proceeded to get her new glasses and have her try them on. She asked if he could adjust her 2 older pairs and he so graciously did and cleaned them for her. He showed such patience as he listened to her stories and yet still provided quick service. Thank you very much Mel, you are such a true asset to Vision Works and to humanity.

I wanted to do a separate review for Alain ! He is amazing and always greets me with a smile - super helpful ! When he is listening to me and my eye concerns I feel like he truly is giving the exact attention as one should !Great experience this time! The staff and doctor were amazing. Everyone was bilingual, which was especially helpful for someone like me who doesn’t speak Spanish. I have a difficult prescription and have always struggled with finding the right contact lenses. The entire staff has been incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive while working with me to find the best fit. The office is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. I actually stopped by just to ask a question, and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within minutes. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

Doctor and Sales Staff were nice. The place was nice and clean . Wish they had more options of eye glasses. I didn’t see any Brand Names that I would have liked to try. Not that Brand Names always matter but if I’m going to spend money on my eye glasses I would like a decent range of styles and feel well put together .

The doctor visit went smooth and quick and Dr. Turner is amazing! And the frames center associates were so helpful. Even Alain the receptionist at the optometrist office side came over to help me with the optional payment process they have.The entire service was courteous and very professional with a hint of kindness snd positive vibes all around!! Loved this VisionWorks!! Staff and the attendant who helped me were awesome!! ❤️
