The staff was really welcoming. They worked with me on what my insurance covers and advice on how to get me the most affordable pair of glasses. Dr. Carrye Johnson was very friendly. She taught me exactly what she was looking for in my eyes and how my sight has progressed since my last visit.

Great service. Was able to get worked in for an exam. The Dr took time to explain everything very well. When looking for frames I was never rushed, and was very friendly and patient. Definitely will always come back to this Visionworks specifically for this team here.

The person who answered the phone was extremely off putting. I got the vibe that the person was really only interested in the fact that they had a job and were trying their best to be professional and respectful but it still came off snobby. However, the person still seemed knowledgeable of the job and questions I was asking. I did not have any further communication with this location.

I was able to make an appointment for Friday on Thursday evening using their online scheduler. Upon entering for my appointment I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the process. Awesome to see a business run so efficiently. The prices were great!

Go in there at see Sam! She was absolutely amazing! I appreciate her patients and knowledge about pricing and lenses. It was just overall a wonderful experience. Things like this can be so frustrating if you don’t have the right person. I enjoyed every bit of time I spent in there! Thank you!
