If I could give Logan a six out of five stars I would. I have been to a few different optometrist over the past few years and picking out the glasses has always been the most difficult part. Logan did a great job explaining my insurance coverages which I had already printed out and knew what was covered, but he explained it much more detail. Instead of me walking around, trying to try on glasses until I found a pair that I liked, he asked me what was important to me and I stood in front of the mirror and he brought 15 to 20 frames to me. It seemed like he knew exactly what I wanted. He made the whole experience enjoyable. Never felt rushed. I can’t wait till the new glasses come in! Give Logan a raise! He deserves it.

My husband and I signed up for doctor appointments and were able to get our eye exams scheduled within a couple of days. Times available for appointments allowed us to complete our day at work and come in after our personal work hours. It is normally hard to find appointments after 4 pm anywhere these days. The optometrist was experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful as were the office staff. We will definitely bring our children and family members back when they need exams and glasses! Well done!

Dr is very informative and does a great job. We had hiccups with the first round of glasses. The individual who placed the order had the wrong frames for one of my daughters (very similar clear frames to what she requested) and wrong color frames & transition tint on my own glasses. Because of the wrong frames for my daughter her measurements on what were the correct frames didn’t line up on the wrong ones which resulted in her unable to see clearly when we picked them up. My vision was fine so I didn’t bring up the color or transitions as that’s simply cosmetic and they function fine. We had to make another appointment to return for my daughters issue for the dr to confirm the prescription, the prescription was correct and upon discovery of the wrong frames they remeasured for the new ones (she liked them better) and after my daughter made a comment about my glasses being the wrong color, they insisted on correcting that as well. An additional request I had was for the second set of glasses to be sent to our store back home (we were in the area for a work project which was coming to an end). I received an email that my daughter’s glasses were in, called the local store and they said they didn’t have them. When I called noblesville and informed them they were quick to resolve this issue and very apologetic. Turns out my local store did in fact have my daughter’s glasses but Noblesville had mine. She’s putting my glasses in the mail directly to my home. All of this to say that while we have had some issues, the staff has been so nice and helpful throughout the process. They are eager to make things right and ensure we are satisfied. Crap happens. People make mistakes, that’s how we learn. It’s how those mistakes are handled that makes the impact. These individuals care and it shows.

I was very pleased I chose Visionworks in Hamilton Town Center for my Eye Care. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The tech helped me choose the best option for me in glasses and did not rush my decision. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all through the exam. It was easy to make an appointment time that fit my schedule. I had a great experience from check-in to check out.

Everything went well. We scheduled an appt, and we were seen on time. The team was very polite, the exam went well. But the explanation at the end, and making sure I understood was great. The glasses choice were plentiful. Then during checkout, we know that the team had our back while making decisions. The option that were available were well explained, and I believe that the team took care of us.
