Great experience from start to finish. The office was very clean, open, and welcoming, with plenty of glasses available to try on. The staff was kind, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We were running late, and even though they were busy, they still accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The doctor was wonderful, patient, and never made the appointment feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Store team was absolutely great. I was missing a nose pad and someone made sure to fix that before i left. It was a relief for the bridge of my edge im more than grateful for her to do that. The exam was a breeze and i came in with a certain frame type but was giving the options to make the right decision for my glasses. Everyone must go and tell all your friends to come here for a great and seamless experience.

My appointment with VisionWorks was great. Very nice and helpful staff, very pleasant ladies working there. The Dr was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. Will definitely be back next year for my annual eye exam. Thank you VisionWorks

When I came in on Saturday, March 7th, Nailah helped me right away. There weren’t any walk-in openings, but she helped me set up an appointment for Saturday the 14th. When I came back on Saturday, I was greeted and seen pretty quickly. The doctor was really nice and answered all the questions I had. After the appointment, I picked out a few glasses. It started getting busy, so I was seated to be checked out. Nailah had just come in—I think it might’ve been her day off—but she still jumped in to help even though she hadn’t fully settled in yet. She helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and also checked me out. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back. 😊

This place is phenomenal! The entire staff were wonderful. The Dr. is a true professional 10/10 Isabel is a gem and a great asset! I felt welcomed and comfortable during my visit. I'd recommend this place to any and everyone!! I will be back thank you Vision works!! 👏👏
