Visionworks Doctors Of Optometry

Overall, my experience was great. The staff was polite and courteous, and the optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The sales associate who helped me pick out my frames was especially patient, as I was pretty indecisive and had a lot of questions. She ultimately helped me find the perfect pair and made sure I got the best value using my insurance benefits. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but aside from that, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience and a good value.

Had a great experience the wait time was minimal and the staff was super friendly starting with a welcoming greeting and check in from the ladies in reception. Then Noel helped me will all of the test before the doctor. Doctor Q did an awesome job getting my prescription I've never seen better. Finally Lisa helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. She also helped me understand what I was paying for everything I asked for. Needless to say I will be returning next year for my annual exam.

Made appt same day online for 1.5 hrs out. Was in and out with an hour. Very nice and fast and friendly. I love this place. I will be back.

I was completely shocked that I was able to walk in & have my Exam with no appointment in less than 10mins. The doctor I saw was very nice. I did not purchase glasses there bc the prices are just too expensive, even with insurance. However, they gave me my Rx & forgot to get a signature on my copy so when I took it to where I was ready to purchase new glasses, they wouldn’t accept it. Had to either go back or have them fax a signed copy.

I can't say enough about their great service. I had to get a vision test for the local TN Drivers Services office. I was able to get tested and obtained a new prescription at a local Visionworks. This office in Murfreesboro has an in-house lens lab that fulfilled my order for new lenses in my existing frames while I had lunch at Sam's nearby!
