The GM Tanner always takes care of patients who comes into the Visionworks location in Greenhills. I have had issues with getting my prescription filled in the past but he goes above and beyond. He explained my VSP insurance benefits and helps me maximize on them. He is the BEST!
This vision works is the best place to make a phone appointment. The take same day appointments and are wonderful listening to your needs & requests. The Doctor was patient and professional in his findings not his opinion. He was very knowledgeable about his responses to your concerns & questions. I recommend this Visionworks 💯 percent!
I’ve been coming to the Hillsboro location for several years, and today stood out as one of my best experiences yet. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to address all of my questions, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Visionworks is great. I bring all my clients here and they are always so patient and kind. Gwen and Tanner try to get us the best deals and explain everything fully.
First of all the lady that worked with me was "Delightful" & walked me through everything. She answered all my questions & repeated the info again when I asked. Along with her the gentleman joined in & explained additional info. All together, both them were "Absolutely Great". And I am grateful with the Special Price that I received totally unexpected!!
