Great customer service! Not only did the doctor show genuine concern and care for the patient, but the staff outside was also amazing. They helped with fitting the glasses and assisted in picking out the perfect pair that was needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Super easy to book an exam appointment for the date and time I wanted. The Dr. was friendly, patient, and took the time to work through all of my vision concerns. The staff was helpful, friendly, and didn't pressure me to buy a pair of glasses right then; allowing me time to make another appointment on the same day. I’ll be returning to this Visionworks location again. Thank you.
Linda at Visionworks saved my 12-year-old daughter’s weekend. She ran out of contacts and didn’t tell us. When I realized she was out I called Visionworks, even though they aren’t her optometrist, in hopes they might have something in stock. Of course, they didn’t. But Linda called me back to say that they did have trial pairs and that should be enough to get us through until an order came in. Wonderful service and great forward thinking. We will do all our business with Visionworks on Gallatin road from now on.
Great office staff! So professional! Nataka one of the associate I had the pleasure of meeting was so welcoming and resolved all the questions I had. She made sure my pd measurements were correct, because the measurements were off from me receiving glasses in 2024. She is awesome! The staff is amazing! I will always go to the Madison, TN location!!!
The staff were both kind and professional. I didn't have my insurance information. It was much appreciated that Nataka assisted me with locating and verifying this information. Also, the optometrist took the time to answer any questions I had. My daughter and I were walk-ins, had exams, and ordered glasses with our new prescriptions. The customer service was excellent and we weren't rushed. This was the best experience I've had at this location
