I had a great experience here from start to finish. I was honestly pretty stressed about getting LASIK, but the entire team made the process easy and comfortable. I was able to schedule my appointment only about two and a half weeks in advance, which was much faster than I expected. The procedure went smoothly, and they did an amazing job. They also provided me with protective glasses after the procedure, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone considering LASIK or any other eye care appointment. Thank you to everyone on the team!

Was very impressed with Dr Hackett and the staff during the cataract assessments for my husband and I. They were very through and spent as much time as we needed to answer questions and explain options. I was impressed with the depth and breadth of demonstrated competence and attention to detail. Given you are entrusting your eyesight to them, this is critical!! Unlike another practice we had looked into, the facility was clean and well cared for, testing was more thorough and the doctor appeared more skilled. Options, which are somewhat complicated were clearly explained with in a manner allowing good decision making. As a medical professional, this looks like an excellent choice.

First I never ever do a bad review so this is a first for me. Before surgery everyone is all about helping and nice. But after is a problem- They do not respond, God forbid there is an issue. You will be left to go somewhere else because Loden vision center will not return calls, or emails. There was a medical issue after my husbands surgery, we were told we would have to pay again to have it corrected. Customer service after surgery for us has been terrible. Be sure you read and re-read all materials, re-read several times- if you do not get the most expensive surgery you will not get the best lens in your surgery. Never go by what they tell you. In my opinion I feel like it is a money grab and I feel like no one is interested in ensuring your vision is better. They schedule all surgeries on same day and follow ups day after it felt impersonal. I would have given them NO STARS if it had let me. The patient care after surgery if you have any medical issue is F-complete FAIL in my opinion- in my opinion I would - think twice. I would be interested if anyone else has had this issue or if it is just the way my husband was treated?

Had cataract surgery on both eyes and besides a big improvement in vision, the continued follow up visits make me feel better about my positive post surgical findings. I am constantly sharing my testimony about the amazing Lodin experience !!

I was made to feel completely comfortable. The professionals were all very approachable and eager to help and answer questions. As a former customer service supervisor I was extremely impressed. All of my questions were answered and I would definitely recommend Loden.
