I’ve been seeing Dr. Choate since I was a kid, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They always take the time to help me find the perfect style of glasses and make sure I’m happy with my choice. Over the years, I’ve never had a bad experience, and the level of care and professionalism has always been outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Choate and the entire team to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, supportive environment!

As a new patient following my relocation, I was understandably a bit nervous; however, the team made the entire experience incredibly comfortable. We have been seeing Dr. Choate for a few years and he is the best eye doc I’ve ever had. I’ve never had an eye doc be so detailed with treatment. Highly recommend him and if you have migraines, neck pain, or dizziness, ask about being evaluated for neurolenses. He’s one of the only docs in the area that knows that deals with these lenses and they are life changing.

okay so i called today to cancel my follow up appointment (i lied about the why to avoid confrontation). i had a routine eye exam schedule for tuesday afternoon. the front desk receptionist is lovely, as well as the nurse that took my vitals. i will not be coming back because i found dr chaote himself very rude and arrogant. he’s pushy and didn’t like that i turned down the puff test (not covered by my insurance) and dilation (i was having a migraine episode and was already struggling). the neurolenses were also pushed onto me, despite the test not being covered by my insurance. you have to say no multiple times. he told me that he could tell i had bought my glasses online and was very rude about it.

Excellent practice and staff. Dr. Choate fully explains his findings and is open to questions. The staff is very down to earth and knowledgeable as well. A great place to land if you’re looking for a complete eye care facility.
