This is hands down the Best hidden hole in the wall location ever. do not let size unease you. This tiny specialized optometrist has the best newest equipment necessary to maintain absolute and correct scripts for Eyewear. The VA don't have what these cats have. This family owned and operated business is; Worth your time, worth your wait, and worth the end result. Your glasses with proper script. Their new updated modern equipment is less invasive as in the earlier tools used. The specialized care and absolute scripts,and unfathomable curteous ,helpful staff...i got the VA to allow me community care for this optometrist. So I come here for new eyeballs..never the VA. At 65 I have life experience with the good, the bad, the ugly....can't help it i got old and sickly. I am grateful for the care given here....from front to back guaranteed #1 service! This family of mother and son surround themselves with an impeccable staff...you cant find dedicated staff that do not leave or quit. This crew educates themselves in order to make an absolute dynamic team. Very professional staff at all levels. Had a retinal exam and complete refraction without dilating drops, which is great for driving, reading, and working the rest of the day! Warm, relaxing feel to the waiting room and all the exam rooms, great for kids and even us "seasoned citizens." :) I will recommend Kelly Vision Center to anyone in the area! My glasses prescription is unusual after cataract extraction and lens implants in both eyes 16 years ago and detached retinas and laser weld in both eyes, the right eye being more recent in 2019, and then having scar tissue pull a small hole in the retina in 2024, which was resolved by steroid drops. Not mention astigmatism in both eyes. But they took time and care with the refraction in December 2025, and now I have a great pair of progressive lenses that leave my readers in the case and give me so much better vison than before! Came to Kelly Vision Center after years with a much larger and better known eye institute ;) which was also good but which my new insurance no longer covered. Kelly Vision Center is top-notch, and I recommend them to anyone in Madison, Goodlettsville, and farther.

I've had nearsightedness for most of my life. This place is the best I've ever been to for eye care. They know a ton and seem genuinely happy to give you thorough explanations and practical recommendations to improve your eye health. Camille in particular made a huge difference with our visit by making sure we were comfortable during the whole process. 11/10 experience.

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Dan Kelly and had a truly excellent experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The exam itself was extremely thorough and comprehensive, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with such a warm and personable approach. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone looking for top quality eye care.

I was desperate due to loosing my glasses, when I called my doctor they didn’t have an appointment for 2 weeks. Dr. Kelly’s office got me in the same day. So courteous, nice and thorough!
