They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The optometrist was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. The eye exam was comprehensive, and I never felt rushed. They clearly explained the results and provided recommendations that were tailored to my needs. It’s refreshing to find a team that truly cares about their patients and delivers such a high level of service. If you’re looking for quality eye care and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend Visionworks in Lynnwood. I’ll definitely be returning for my future eye care needs!

100/10 experience. I was in Washington for a work trip and forgot my glasses and needed to get into an office to get an eye exam and a pair of contacts. This location made it happen! They were so understanding of my situation and put me into their schedule. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I had complications with insurance and out of pocket expenses but Tali was able to help with my requests and helped me get the correct paperwork for insurance to cover my visit! He was awesome and communicated any update to me through the phone!

Emma was so nice and helpful! The team and doc were very accommodating, they made certain my vision needs were taken care of. Easy to make an appointment and efficient visit. You can tell that the clinic is managed well with how it feels when you step in. Tali is the best!
