I am beyond disappointed with the customer service and product quality at this location. I recently purchased two pairs of glasses—one clear prescription and one pair of sunglasses. I initially liked the sunglasses so much that I immediately placed a second order to double my purchase. However, that’s where the positive experience ended. After wearing the clear lenses for a few days, I noticed a severe flare and light reflection, particularly from screens and light bulbs. It made them nearly impossible to use comfortably. When I returned to address this, the staff was dismissive. Instead of listening to my concerns, the first associate immediately blamed me, stating I had declined an "extra coating." Regardless of the add-ons, a brand-new pair of prescription lenses should not have this level of distortion in the first week. The situation worsened when the manager got involved. I was told I had to wait for my second order to arrive just to "compare" them and see if the fault lied with the store or the lab. Treating two separate orders as a test case for a defect is unprofessional. The only solution offered to fix a pair of glasses I had just bought was for me to pay an additional fee. Because they refused to stand behind their product or offer a reasonable resolution, I cancelled my second order entirely. I am keeping the first pair only for the frames so I can have the lenses remade correctly elsewhere. I won't be returning.
