I decided to stop by the store in advance of my appointment later this week - to look at glasses and ask a couple of questions. Chris was so helpful! She gave me some recommendations about how to make a choice for my glasses - and she picked out the perfect one for me! Then, she verified my appointment and documented by insurance details - which saved me time. Chris is great - a perfect blend of customer care, knowledge and communications!

Wesley and Chris were amazing and provided the best customer service. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped my indecisive husband find the perfect glasses. Extra kudos to Wesley for explaining all the lens options and recommending the ones he felt were needed while staying within our budget.

The staff here are kind, helpful, and patient, but there are not nearly enough of them. We had to wait over an hour to get through a simple eye exam. After we ordered glasses, they became lost in transit and we were unable to speak to someone at the store by calling the number. We had to return to the store in person in order to be assisted, at which point the glasses were reordered. The staff here are not given enough resources to provide reliable, timely service, creating unexpected inconveniences. I would recommend visiting a different provider if possible.

The staff at this location are both professional and chill. The virtual appointment structure was more pleasant then I anticipated. Price I paid was fair for the service I received. In total the exam and picking frames took me about 80 minutes total.

I was long overdue for a prescription renewal, and hadn’t been to this location before. The whole process was really seamless—they do entirely virtual doctor visits, and I was worried that it might be clunky or strange not to have someone physically there in the room. I was happy to be proven wrong! The whole experience, from dialing in my prescription to getting my eyes checked (WITHOUT getting dilated!) was incredibly smooth. I decided that I wanted to go with some prescription sunglasses, and the experience of picking them out was enjoyable, and they finished making my glasses way earlier than I thought they would! Shoutout to Amanda, who patiently helped me to get my glasses fitted, and was so kind to help clean and refit my regular eyeglasses. She was very friendly and made the experience a really great one.
