Always great service with the best staff. Going to extra mile to make sure my kids get the glasses they need and also the warranty when they break the glasses. Always a pleasure going in there and getting quick friendly service. Guest service helped. My kids put contacts in for the first time and made the experience very enjoyable. .
The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a great experience! It was nice to see a whole establishment so upbeat and actually enjoy their jobs from the receptionist to the Doctor! Would definitely recommend.
I visited them for my annual eye exam and wanted to get prescription contact lenses as well. I expressed my concern about the significant deterioration in my eyesight since my last eye exam. The doctor repeatedly dismissed my concerns, stating that as long as I could still be fitted for glasses, it wasn’t his concern. This unprofessional attitude made me feel like he was more interested in getting me in and out quickly rather than prioritizing my overall eye health. After brushing off my concerns, I had a pleasant session where the optometrist demonstrated how to properly apply and remove the contact lenses. I selected my glasses, paid, and left the clinic. I have chronically dry eyes during the allergy season, and I had forgotten to ask the doctor about the appropriate eyedrops to use with the lenses. My mistake, as I later discovered that the receptionist at the office was incompetent and unable to provide me with the information I needed. When I asked about the suitable eyedrops for contact lenses, she simply replied, “I don’t know, I don’t know.” It’s surprising that someone working at an eye doctor’s office would be unaware of the appropriate eyedrops for contact lenses. In my opinion, I would advise against visiting this clinic unless you’re looking for a quick and unprofessional experience. The staff seems disinterested in providing proper care and knowledge to their patients.
Scheduling the appointment was easy and the fact that they had Saturday availability made it much more convenient with my work schedule. I arrived 30 minutes early because I wasn't sure how the check in process would be, which I realized that I actually completed it a day or two in advance. I didn't wait long before I was taken for testing. I was more than happy to pay $25 out of pocket for the diabetic xray vs having eyes dilated. This whole eye doctor experience was new to me, but I feel that it w went well.
Roxanne was excellent in helping choosing the right frame packages for my new glasses. In fact the whole store staff was extremely customer service oriented. First Class.
