The parking is a bit limited, however, that's the only slight inconvenience that we had. Once inside, we were checked in by the front desk and ushered into the waiting area. We didn't have to wait long, maybe 5 minutes. There were plenty of staff. Everyone was kind and courteous. Entire visit didn't take long at all. Maybe 30 minutes (there were two of us, with the same appointment time. We came in for an eye exam to determine if either of us needed glasses). Would recommend.

I highly recommend Vision Works to anyone seeking quality vision care. All the doctors are great but I suggest Dr. Bilal Ahmad. He is very knowledgeable and provides a quality of care that is unmatched. Dr. Ahmad goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes his time and truely cares about each patient. He answers anyone questions and makes your concerns feel heard.

The doctor was very friendly and great to work with. He saw both my daughter and me, and the whole visit felt easy and comfortable. The staff was also very patient while helping my daughter learn how to use contacts for the first time, which we really appreciated. Our appointments were quick and efficient, and the glasses selection was great—my son and I were both able to find nice frames at a very reasonable price.

My experience with vision Works is always 10 out of 10 out of 10! Not only is a staff, friendly and efficient but all the products I’ve ever purchased at vision Works has been amazing and if they ever have any problems, they are quick to solve them! The doctors and their staff are also friendly and efficient. I would not go anywhere else and I would highly given them to anyone looking for eye exams, and glasses.

Very quick, but efficient overall experience. The doctor was thorough, but knew what he was doing, and I appreciate that. The ladies that helped check me in and find glasses/get my prescription ordered were all amazing as well.
