Visionworks Drs Of Optometry

I had an excellent eye exam with Dr. David Robbins, OD at the Visionworks in Middletown. He did a particularly good job explaining the issue I was having with progressive lenses and walked me through his assessment of my eye health in a clear, practical way. I left feeling like I understood both the prescription/lens issue and the health findings, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend him for anyone who wants an optometrist who explains things carefully and treats the visit as more than a quick prescription check.

Not to happy with the distance glasses I went to pick up this past Thursday. They were a totally different frame than what I had ordered. Not only that, but one of the ear pieces didn’t have a screw in it so it fell off. Come to find out your company didn’t even carry this frame. I will say the only saving grace of this experience was the eye wear tech. Peter helping me. Peter went to great lengths to accommodate me, by having my glasses remade correctly. Thank you Peter!

My husband and I had the best experience purchasing glasses today. The staff were kind and helpful, from exam to our purchase - Autumn was especially wonderful. I will happily recommend your services to anyone in need of glasses and plan to return for future needs.

Amazing receptionists. Very friendly. The lady doing the glasses was also very perceptive in helping me find new glasses.. Great doctor too.

Making an appointment was easy and quick. They were very welcoming and helpful. If you need more specialized help, they will refer you to other doctors more specialized to tend to health of your eyes.
