Dr. Hardy was absolutely excellent. His experience and professionalism made me feel like I was in great hands from the moment I walked in. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing eye doctor. 👏👁️

So extremely kind and exceptionally helpful!! NEEDLESS to say that Male doctor had issues. I called Vision works, omg!! DOCTOR Sarah Arneal was the BEST!!! I have ever had from Colorado to Tennessee.. She is a REAL provider that actually listens to her patients needs. She matches this to her structure of patients care!!! Amazing!!! The two young ladies that checked me in stayed on my appointment time.. Amazing!!!! Now this LOCATION HAS whats needed to service the local and the distance consumers.
From the moment I walked in, I got assisted immediately with tightening and fixing up my current frames. When I had brought it up that I was interested in looking at a new pair, another associate, Taylor, ended up helping me find the perfect new pair to go with my head shape! They were both informative, the checkout process was very smooth, and I greatly appreciated their time.
My husband’s appointment today was excellent! We arrived early and they were able to get us in. The receptionist Ms.Marquita was welcoming and she did his prescreening and was very thorough and friendly. The doctor was great and Taylor in the glasses store helped him with his glasses purchase and was very knowledgeable about our insurance and did an excellent job in helping him decide what was right for him. I see another eye doctor but will be making a change to come here myself! BTW. This was the Cool Springs Mall Office
We stopped in about an hour before closing, and Brandon assisted us. Even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed. Within the hour, we’d picked out two pairs of glasses at a price much lower than expected. Brandon was fantastic, and we highly recommend VisionWorks and his excellent service.
