She provided budget-friendly options when I needed something affordable on short notice, which I appreciated. That said, her bedside manner could be improved. On two separate visits, she asked questions about my gender identity that felt invasive and unrelated to my eye care. I left feeling uncomfortable. I value affordability and access, but respectful and relevant communication is equally important in a healthcare setting.

Optometrist racially profiled me & my parents. Said racist remarks under her breath and treated us with disrespect the entire time. Made us wait for her to finish 2 walk-ins, that came after us. PLEASE REMOVE HER. Franklin is a well established area, and to have people like her working in it is just wrong. This is not to sound pretentious but to be straight forward about the upper-middle class nature of Franklin -- which should not allow this type of disrespectful service.

I had such a great experience at the Vision Center! The staff was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. The eye exam was thorough and quick, and the doctor explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
