Tracey, Nancy, Jen, AND Dr. Patel are attentive Great fit for their job performance and expertise. This was my very first visiting Visionworks Doctors of Optometry and I was very satisfied with the reception of Tracey and the comforting handling of Nancy's expertise. Jen also has a great personality interaction with the customers that I noticed. Foremost Dr. Patel treated me with comforting self confidence in her Experience as my New Eye Doctor. Visionworks is a great place for eye exams and lenses. I’ve been going here and have always had a positive experience. The staff is awesome—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to guide you through the right options based on your needs, whether it’s for glasses, contacts, or an updated prescription. I also appreciate that they offer Saturday appointments, which makes it super convenient for busy schedules. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service!

Despite the unusual wait time, the staff was very courteous. Nancy and especially Dr. Patel, were extremely kind and courteous and made the long wait bearable. Loved being guided with compassion and not like a sales person. Nancy was incredibly patient and very helpful. Would highly recommend asking for both.

This is the place (Broad Street in Bloomfield, NJ)to go to receive great service. Dr. Patel is amazing. She is very thorough, gentle and compassionate. She is glad to answer any questions you have. The lady at the front desk is amazing as well. She also was very attentive and professional. She processed my glasses order smoothly. She definitely knew her job. I thank them for a great experience. I will see them next year.

The eye dr was great. The gentleman that took care of me picking out my glasses was FANTASTIC. He had a wonderful personality. I got the glasses that really looked nice. Thank- you, Miriam
