I went in to get new glasses and sunglasses last week and was assisted by Burhan. He was the most helpful, courteous, outstanding employee I’ve dealt with in any store in years! The entire experience was fantastic. Burhan was extremely helpful in picking out my glasses, gave great advice, and made the process easy. I highly recommend this Visionworks location for their great selection and fantastic customer service.

Visionworks has always treated me well. Neoma Spade @ Visionworks Grand Lakes Marketplace was exceptional. She helped figure out what my insurance covered, from frames to lenses. She also gave me other options for my lenses such as the transitional and the color options, the non-glare option, and the polycarbonate lenses. Great experience, 10/10 would definitely recommend

I have been going to Visionworks at 6501 S. Fry Road in Katy for many years and never had a problem at all. All the employess were great and attentive. Today I had to go back because I sat on my glasses and made a mess of them. Sumona Chowdhury, the general manager, was great. She took the glasses, reshaped the arms and made them perfect again. NO CHARGE. Ms. Chowdhury was very polite and knowledgeable.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Selection, and Great Pricing along with the wonderful person who assisted me and paid attention to detail. Even though you all were busy I felt very well taken care of and will be back for my future eyeglass needs. Thank you so much for everything, I really appreciate you all!

David did an outstanding job being patient with my glasses getting fitted. He created rapport and I will ask for him when I come back. He has a great attitude with difficult fittings.
