I went into VisionWorks to have an eye exam and was pleased with the experience. I had a telemedicine visit which included a local tech, an online tech & an online doctor. The appointment went well with extensive tests and wasn't any different that in-person exams I've been accustomed too. I'd definitely go back.
My experience at visionworks over the years has been really great. This office is originally reviewed with FIVE stars and was very happy with the staff and everyone I encountered. After having the contacts for about a month,I had been having difficulty seeing near vision. When I called I found out the optometrist had retired and I couldn't get an in person visit. Aft that time I was told that the exam to adjust the prescription would be done at no cost. When I went in to make an appointment, there was a very dis-interested response and I waited for longer than I thought necessary to even speak to someone. EVERYTHING in and about the office seemed more chaotic and in disarray. When I finally got to speak to someone I was told the appointment would cost $149.00, for an adjustment just a couple of months after my initial exam. It's VERY disappointing, Visionworks as a whole has gone downhill in their most recent model. My advice, don't waste your time at this office.
My first time using VisionWorks. Great experience from scheduling my appointment to picking out my frames. EVERYONE there is so friendly. Highly recommend!!
10/10 experience! I came in planning to just shop for glasses, but the receptionist notified me that my prescription had expired and I needed an exam. She was able to fit me in the doctors schedule for the same day. Exam, glasses, and purchase all completed within 45 minutes. Awesome staff 😎
Made an appointment a week in advance, arrive for my appointment to be told the doctor called out. Where is the decency to call the customer and inform them so they don’t make the trip out there for nothing?? Do better!
