Visionworks Legends Outlets

I recently visited the VisionWorks location by The Legend and received outstanding assistance from Ralph. He was extremely professional, friendly, and able to adjust my glasses perfectly. In contrast, when I previously visited the VisionWorks in Lee-Summit MO, I encountered unhelpful service. The associate, Janae, there was dismissive and stated that attempting to adjust my glasses might break them, and therefore she could not assist me. She made me waited 3 hours in her store. In the end, she still kicked me out without service. I am grateful to Ralph for providing excellent customer service and resolving the issue with skill and professionalism. VisionWorks is fortunate to have him on their team.

Everything was exceptional from the service to the time spent in the store. I highly recommend having Ralph help you.

Very customer service oriented! I was well cared for!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales associate promptly asked how she could help me. She checked my insurance availability while I looked at the frames. After she verified my insurance she helped me with the rest of the process and I was on my way out the door in less than 45 minutes. I will return next time I need glasses.
