Visionworks Northpark Mall

I was addressed and helped almost immediately after entering the store. My associate was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions the several times I came in. I would give the store a 5, but trying to reach an associate by phone was very difficult! Because of the help and tenacity of the associate , I ended saving $84 more dollars than my insurance representative had said. I loved the frames and appreciate the 100 day trial period for the glasses.

I had the most pleasant experience here as a new patient. My benefits were explained to me thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed when picking frames, when I received my new frames I was not satisfied, so we exchanged them for a new pair, I had to get them adjusted twice, but they still didn’t sit on my face the way I needed them to, they were just uncomfortable and I kept having to push them up way too many times throughout my day. I called and asked if there was anything they could do for me, they allowed me to do another exchange, however this time I asked if we could use the same frames that I have been wearing for years, and they were more than happy to do that for me! 10/10 would highly recommend.

I have been going to Visionworks for several years and each visit is always wonderful. I appreciate the staffs attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism. I loved the Pride flags throughout the showroom floor, definitely created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes in. Kudos to the Visionworks team for subtly creating such a welcoming space. The tele-health visit was different as it was my first time without the doctor physically in the room, but he was great and Visionworks has invested in some amazing technology.

For many years we’ve had excellent results from Visionworks, especially their lab. Today, my husband and I were very pleased with the assistance/service we received ordering new glasses. Two ladies worked together to serve us in a timely manner and help with selecting frames, etc. I have wide cheekbones, and one of them went around to most of the display cases pulling wide frames that she thought might be flattering on me. I was amazed at how much their frame selection has improved, especially for wider faces. She told me which ones she thought actually did look good and which ones didn’t. I quickly found a most comfortable frame that didn’t even require adjustment. By far, the best frame shopping experience of my life! Also, special pricing was an excellent deal

Amazing customer service! I ran into a few different issues when ordering glasses, and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure I got a pair of glasses that I was happy with. Highly recommend!
