This was my first store I visited after my insurance changed. I'm blown away by the service. They're courteous and approachable. I'd come back. I had to change my frame a week after I got it because it was uncomfortable. They changed it with a smile, no forcing me to keep my frame. Juan was especially helpful. He always gave his opinion and it helped me choose my glasses.
First time getting eyeglasses, ever! The team made the process easy for me, and my mom who was also getting a new pair . Very happy with my eyeglasses, and the entire process. Highly recommended to see Juan!
I needed an eye appointment near my house, so I threw caution to the wind and made an appointment here. SO GLAD I DID!! The office gave me a thorough exam, maximized my insurance benefits, and actually listened to me regarding my preferences. They weren’t salesy or pushy— just helpful. Shout out to Dr. Angela, Cat, Juan and Elizabeth for being awesome. Plus my glasses and contacts were ready in a week! So glad I have a good place to go for eye care.
My whole experience here from start to finish was fantastic. I went in for frames with my own perscroption. Juan greeted my husband and I right away and very helpful throughout the entire process. I was having some issues with my vision benefits pulling up and he offered to call them for me while I kept looking at frames. It took forever but he was happy to do it and stayed patient the entire time. When it came time to pay, he made sure I was getting the maximum coverage and called his supervisor over to double check discount for me. Absolutely fantastic! When I came to pick up he fitted both pairs perfectly on the first try. Thank you so much Juan! The entire team was great and very welcoming. I drove an extra 25 mins to this location because I read about the great staff and they did not disappoint.
This location has an amazing staff! Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. She took the time to help me choose which frame best suit me and walk me through the process of ordering my glasses while explaining the benefits of different additions to the lenses. Her knowledge and customer service helped me to confidently and happily make a decision in the glasses and frames that I wanted. Overall, I am very appreciative of the staff that was at this location. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive!
