Comfortable, clean waiting area. I was seen within a few minutes of my appt time. Each person seems to know exactly what they are doing and appts flow nicely. Dr Wendler is thorough and very keyed into your overall eye health. The optical dept is also quite nice with good selection of styles and knowledgeable assistance. End result is high quality, flattering eyewear.
Five stars for Dr. Wendler and her amazing team! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming (shout out to Audie 👏🏻) Dr. Wendler herself is amazing. She is highly professional, thorough, and takes the time to answer every question. Her assistant Ellia was excellent with her friendly and professional attitude. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had a 0740 appointment and everything was right on time. The staff was amazing, from the moment I made my appointment a few weeks ago to the moment I walked out the door after my visit. The physician is fantastic. She has a great bedside (chairside?) manner! I'm relatively new to Las Cruces, having only lived here for a year and a half, but I have definitely found my eye doctor. If you need an eye exam and glasses/contacts, this is the place to get care!
I had a great experience here. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I was seen promptly and given excellent care. There is a very nice selection of glasses here and the techs are very knowledgeable with helping to pick out frames to fit your face shape. Diabetic eye exams are available here as well. The doctor is very knowledgeable and prompt, I did not have to wait long. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my exam.
Very nice and clean office. The staff are all very nice. I really like the doctor there too. I had a thorough exam. And she explained, in detail ,my options when it came to an eye problem. I felt very comfortable here because I believe the doctor is knowledgeable and cares about her patients.
