Looks Eyecare Optometry

I was referred by my primary physician to this facility. I had an appointment within a week with no problems. Even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time, I was seen promptly. The front desk clerk was very friendly and polite. The technician that performed my initial exam was professional and spoke softly and kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and to the point. I then went to another staff member who scheduled my appointment with an eye surgeon and he was also friendly and prompt. Overall I congratulate the staff on their job well done.

The Looks eye practice got me.in quickly for a medical concern regarding my eyes. Every one at this office was caring and kind. The visit started before my scheduled appt and lasted less than an hour. I had exams prior to see Dr. Kunz.which I had never had before. By the time he saw me, he was well informed and finished his exam giving me the result of my eye issue within minutes. I was referred by my sister in law who spoke very highly of thos.practice and everything she said was true to her word. Thank you all!

Dr. Tenorio was awesome and Tesliegh (sorry if I misspelled) was so kind! I got my contact and eyeglass prescriptions taken care of and am looking forward to my yearly visits. Everyone working was truly kind, from the front desk, through my exam, through frame try on, and through the billing process.

I have lived in Las Cruces NM for six years and trying to get an appointment with an Optometrist has been difficult. I was extremely fortunate to find Look’s. The scheduler was nice enough to squeeze me in for a post surgical evaluation. The Dr was very skilled and took his time with his examination. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

My husband has some complicated vision issues and the staff was very thorough and compassionate. We are used to eye doctors who kind of shrug their shoulders and send us on their way- this was not the case with Dr Clifton and staff. Thank you so much! My only complaint is that they don't take my vision insurance, so I have to go to other offices, and will miss out on this great team for myself. Nevertheless, I do thank the team for all of their help and look forward to continuing to work with them for my husband.
