Dr. Maldonado is fantastic, but the incompetency of the optical staff is exhausting. I had to call several times to get an appointment because Kelly didn’t know what to do. Today we tried to order glasses, and Kelly calculated the PD incorrectly. When I tried to explain that her math was incorrect, she told me that the PD for the glasses isn’t the same as the PD that the doctor got and they don’t use the doctor’s prescription. Then why did I pay for an eye exam? We ended up just getting the glasses offline. I know it’s Walmart, but eyesight is important, and having competent and capable staff really helps people.
I went in an the lady was helping a person an she was being rude to that person when she finished she said "what do you need " very rude and didn't even bothered to explained how everything works to get a pair of glasses. So I left the place the lady didint even day anything . Bad service don't recommend at all!!
I recently visited the Walmart Optical location in Las Cruces (Valley) to replace my son's glasses under the extra warranty I had purchased. Unfortunately, my experience with an associate named Minerva was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, she appeared disinterested in assisting me and demonstrated a lack of empathy and professionalism. I explained that my son cannot see without his glasses and that I had purchased both a regular pair and sports goggles with the extended warranty. I was directed to this location because the store I usually visit in El Paso did not have the glasses in stock. Despite this, Minerva informed me that she could not process the replacement because the glasses were purchased using vision insurance and not at that specific store. Rather than helping facilitate a solution, she questioned why I hadn’t ordered the glasses from the original store and suggested my son simply use his second pair. Ultimately, I had to place a new order, and my son is currently relying on his sports goggles to see. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected a basic level of customer service and understanding, especially given the urgency of the situation and the warranty coverage. I hope this feedback helps improve service standards and training at this location
I am a Turk and I bought a new pair of glasses from here. They gave me a good price and a quality cleaning cloth. I really liked this place, friendly and good price.✅✅✅❤️❤️❤️
