The ladies working at this location are welcoming and very knowledgeable. Britney whom I worked with directly with ordering my spectacle was awesome! I loved how she help me with choosing my glasses by suggesting or giving me her honest opinion on how the glasses I tried on looked on me. Britney answered all my questions with what my insurance has covered and was thorough with what options I had when ordering glasses. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends who have access to this military base. There was little to no wait time to be assisted and the store is very clean and well kept.

Amber was professional, courteous, and more than helpful. My 12 year old and I each ordered two pair of glasses. We felt confident in the features and accessories Amber recommended. No pressure sales and thorough explanation of all fees. Thank you Amber!!!

Three of us needed glasses. The team here took their time to understand our needs and help us decide what’s best for our vision health. We returned to the store multiple times with questions and they answered all of them. On top of that, when your glasses come in, you need to be fitted for them. My wife and son returned about four times in the same day to have them fitted right before we left base. The staff were so patient and insured that we left satisfied. This will definitely be the place we shop from now on for our glasses needs. Customer service is the number one thing that drives me back to a business, and this Vista Optical will receive our continued loyalty. Well done!

I have gotten all my prescription glasses from here. It's my place to go to. Amber, Ana, Donna are amazing people. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly no matter how busy they are, please come here to get your glasses. I promise it's the best one to go to.

I had a great experience with the ladies at Vista Optical. All the ladies were sweet and helpful. I want to also thank ENIKO for helping my daughter and me for helping me pick the perfect frames. Would recommend everyone to go see the ladies there if you need/want new pair of glasses.
