I ordered contact lenses because I needed them for an important photoshoot during our vow renewal. It has been three weeks, and unfortunately the experience has been very frustrating. I never received any follow-up or update from the store about my order. When I contacted them, they only told me that the lenses were ordered but they didn’t know when they would arrive. For something as important as contact lenses, especially when a customer is waiting for weeks, I expected better communication and follow-up. I needed them for our trip, and now it is already too late. If you are ordering something time-sensitive, I would not rely on them because there was no clear timeline or effort to keep me updated. Overall, very disappointing service and lack of communication.
