New patient, first visit. Staff was very professional, friendly and efficient. I was given reasonable advice and each step was explained well. I'm not ready for a new pair of glasses so I can't comment on their glasses selection or quality of lenses but they did adjust my current glasses.

I came in late like 20 minutes late and I was already crabby. I adopted a negative attitude and even before I went in I had been sarcastic and rude. The 2 gals at the front counter were patient with me and got me in.I apologized and told them how sorry I was and they were gracious and told me all was okay. After that I went in and was treated very respectfully. By everyone. They are a great team and so gracious. They are personable. They could probably get at least a 10! 😀🧌

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Williams is very willing to share his knowledge and experience. This weeks visit marked my 2nd visit and if we remain in this area I will continue to use this clinic. I arrived a little early and they were able to accommodate me a little earlier than my scheduled appt. I highly recommend this clinic and the staff. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

I took my daughter and myself to this clinic for an updated eye exam and new glasses. The exam was great, dr was informative and helpful. We ordered two pairs for her (since she’s 8 and needs a backup just in case) and one pair for me. Or so I thought. Fast forward 2 ish weeks later, her glasses are in but I’m told none were ordered for me. That’s weird since they charged me over $500 AFTER the $160 vision benefit for frames and lenses from insurance. During my consult, I expressed I had $600 in an fsa specifically for her and me to get glasses. I’m a single mom and do not have extra funds past that to pay for glasses. Don’t worry though, the contacts I was simply curious about were ordered. I was told that I did not express wanting glasses, only contacts. Despite me setting aside the two frames kiddo picked out and the one set for me and told the tech that this is what I wanted to order. Mistakes happen, miscommunications happen, I get it. But I’m being told that I didn’t want frames, just contacts. The solution offered was to set aside one of the pairs my daughter got so I could get a pair. I’m still trying to wrap my head around spending almost $700 for two pairs of glasses for one kid. After calling my insurance to confirm details of our coverage, I found out that the clinic had billed for a contact exam that had not been done. When VSP called to inquire, the clinic advised I had signed a paper giving the okay. Billing for services not yet rendered is fraud when it comes to insurance. I was so pissed that I asked my daughter’s dad to pick up her glasses. He and I are not in a relationship, haven’t been for years, and nowhere on my medical file did I state they could release my information to him. But when he showed up to pick up her glasses, they wanted to talk to him about changing my daughters order so I could get glasses. My ex does not need to be informed of the status of my glasses. They should have been more cautious and considerate of HIPAA laws on that one. But I was again told they did nothing wrong because he is my daughter’s dad. I had high hopes since our first visit seemed so great. Regardless, we won’t be going back. I recommend that if you visit this clinic, you triple check that you are all on the same page. Because if they misunderstand you, you’re out of luck. And they don’t have the utmost concern for privacy, they care about covering their tracks.

This was my first visit to Parkland Eye & Vision and it was stellar. Every single person was professional, helpful and patient. Amy was thorough and explained everything as we went along. Dr Williams was informative and engaged. Mel helped me when I looked at frames and he even gave my old glasses a complete tuneup and now they’re like new again. This is a great office that’s well ran, efficient and this was a great experience. I highly recommend!
