Terrible customer service, raised prices and don't inform people when orders show up. Extended warranty on glasses is no longer offered. 1st and last time I will ever use Vista of any location. Aafes should reconsider their partnership.

Love stopping by here!! Scott has been very attentive when helping me order my glasses. He explained the shipping process with that and my contacts. Marilou and Marianne have excellent customer service as well and are very welcoming whenever I need to stop by to purchase lens wipes. The employees here are by far the best ones I’ve encountered at a Vista Optical. The McChord one is the best one in the area
