A great lady named Heather works there. She has been with me for my entire glasses journey, from 2nd Grade to now having graduated College. There is no one else I would trust with my glasses!
Visited this location the Team there was great answerd my questions, and did a great job with my wife and daughters glasses super helpful
Came in with a lost screw and they found one for a pair they didn't give to me very helpful staff and friendly environment
We have worked with the Vista Optical folks in Eagle River for many years. It is conveniently located in the Fred Meyer store. The staff is always very friendly and provide outstanding service. The quality of the frames and lenses are great too. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with Heather, Geri and Paul. They double checked my prescription and assisted me with picking the right frames and lenses. Everyone of these individuals were attentive, professional and genuine. They go the extra mile for their customers. We won’t go anywhere else!
After a tumble on a hike my glasses were like an abstract art piece, thankfully Heather and her team here were able to work magic and reshape my frames. Highly recommend! Thank you for getting me home with my sight.
