My frames were broke in half brought them in and they gave me a pair of new frames for free. Super great customer service and just wonderful people all together
A couple of weeks ago while on vacation, I went into the store hoping to get my glasses fixed. It was really important for me to have my glasses fixed because I have polycarbonate lenses that protect my one good eye. I was just hoping to get them fixed in a few days, but the lady Monica that helped us was able to switch out the frames on the spot. On top of that, she had went to the “returned frames” container and she fixed my glasses with new frames for free. We offered to get her a coffee or gift card, but she kindly refused. Her customer service was amazing and I was so happy that she could help me. Having those glasses to protect my eye while fishing on the Kenai River brought me peace and comfort. The frames that she gave me were nicer and more comfortable than the ones I walked in with. I try to make it to the Kenai River every summer and if I’m ever in need of optical care, I will go and see Monica at Vista Optical. Mahalo,
Needed some replacement frames and the other place I would have tried was closed so I figured "why not try Vista next to Freds?" Walked in, waited shortly while another gentleman was being helped and then I was sorted out rather quickly once I explained what I needed help with. They fit my glasses to perfection and did it as many times as needed with no issues. Amazing service/staff, would definitely return if any issues arise with my glasses!
I had originally set up an appointment for our 2 year old as recommended by his doctor, while making this appointment they had the availability for our whole family so I said heck why not! I couldn’t remember the last time I even had an eye exam! We get there and unfortunately for us, our insurance doesn’t cover eye exams for children under three. I did however have the referral slip from our doctor and the optometrist took a look at it for me and eased my mind. She told me that his eyes are developing so much right not that what she was seeing was not a cause of concern. Fast forward to my exam…. My eye sight has deteriorated and I didn’t even know it! I was informed that I needed to get glasses for all day wear. As a 32 year old woman this was heartbreaking to me as I’ve never worn glasses before! After finally letting it set in, Monica, and Ally were so amazing at helping me find 2 pairs that made me still feel good about myself! I was so happy with my experience and so thankful for how kind they were to me, my husband and both of our kids while helping me pick them out!
