I had a great experience here! Easily made an appointment and when I came in I was seen right away. The doctor was very sweet and had a lot of knowledge and explained everything to me. They have a great selection of glasses and they were ready faster than expected. A couple days later I went in for an adjustment which they did quickly and for free. The staff are all very nice! Highly recommend Vista Vision Optical!!
Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I work up the block. I usually buy 2 pair of glasses at a time for a very fair price. They made me the best glasses I’ve ever had. And I usually get my glasses from Pearl Vision or David’s Vision. Not any more! I’m very pleased with my service and the quality of my lenses. They don’t push unnecessary products on me and fit me in as a favor because my glasses were all scratched up. The bad reviews are very old.
i’ve had a couple of services here - the first time i got some lenses custom cut for new frames, and then today they tightened my sunglasses for me. they have always been super quick and so helpful!
They have new management and a new doctor, so things have changed a lot for the better. I went here with my partner to get an eye exam and contacts. Everyone was very friendly at the front counter, and we didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor. The doctor was nice and explained everything to me clearly. It was my first time getting contacts, and they were so helpful and patient in teaching me how to put them on and take them off. My contacts were ready within a week, and pickup was quick and easy. Thanks so much!!
Just left after having an exam for both contacts and eyeglasses, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff and doctor were fantastic—super positive, welcoming, and helpful.
