0 is what they deserve. 5 hr drive round trip after 2- 2 1/2 weeks of blurry vision in my left eye, constant spinning in the head, and feeling of going to fall over/ pass out. I've been out of work for a week now, sent home halfway thru my first day back because and I quote "you are swaying back and forth. Thought you were going to fall over". Had a CT, MRI and bloodwork done. All cleared. Wasted $60 in gas initially had a $750 co pay (fixed to $50) apt was made at 8:19 this morning for 1:25. Got there at 12;53 and didnt get seen until 2:13. all for a fraud of a Dr to tell me nothing is wrong with my vision despite multiple test where my results abnormal and was stated/noted as such, and according to his assistant and the young lady that did some of the test also as that my questions and symptoms are not normal. Mr. Lowder is a FRAUD. His assistant (Ms lexi) was doing most of the work ( she was great) and telling him the things he was forgetting to do. Was constantly in a hurry to leave the room. Standard of care was severely lacking and was referred as a squeeze in multiple times as a excuse. I was told before I left I was not allowed any of my imaging, what test were done, or the results of any "work" the """summary""" they gave me only states what I told them was wrong, images were sent to parent company, and that if I want to see them, I have to send them to my primary doctor and she can show me... Let me walk out the building without the disposable sunglasses after dilation and had to ask my wife to go get some for me as I couldn't see anything.

Extremely rude and unknowledgeable front desk staff, and I dealt with 6 of them today. They’re very unhelpful and do not care an ounce if you have a situation that needs attention. One of them stormed off when I questioned their stated information. The staff claim they have no resources to help a customer solve an issue and that “everything goes through a call center” so they have “no knowledge of what was said” - so now I’m stuck with a bill for no reason and it’s 100% the fault of Vistar and their ridiculous lack of customer service or professionalism. I was told that “there is no manager on site today” - which I find to be quite absurd and probably untrue considering it’s a MEDICAL FACILITY. Would not return to this office - 0/10. And if Vistar wants to reply and say that my name isn’t found as a patient- it’s a pseudonym.

Have used VISTAR for years both for eye exams and also my glasses. Visited the eye center on September 10 to order glasses. Alexis waited on me, and was a pleasure to deal with! Very competent and personable. She is a credit to your business.

Dr Albuquerque saved my vision without needing glasses or surgery. He keep a close eye on my vision over time it came back on its own from busted blood vessels.
