I had a wonderful experience at Vistarr Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The staff made the entire visit easy and stress-free, and the eye exam was thorough and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I truly appreciated the excellent care and attention I received. Where do I begin? Ive bought my clients here several times and everytime I came I have experienced the person at the front desk was always rude. Its like as soon as they see them, she immediately has a rude disposition. I don't know what the issue is but it's not fair to treat someone with special needs any different from someone that doesn't. If something was missing out of the packet of paperwork, we were sent away and asked to reschedule in such a rude manner. This is unacceptable and unnecessary. I suggested to my company to find another eye doctor to send our individuals to because they deserve to have better treatment. I will add that the actual Dr's and nurses were nice once we were seen eventually.

The staff at reception was welcoming and professional as was the staff member who took me back to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Talamini is friendly and very knowledgeable. She has been a great help and support with regards to my vision needs. I highly recommend this practice.

This is Kurt (not Isabel). She has a different eye doctor. I was takn to a room as soon as I got to the front desk, and I didn't need to wait for Dr. Jones after the preliminary tests were done. I've been one of his clients for several decades, and I'm always glad to "see" him!
