Visual Eyes is excellent! Dr Small is always very caring, professional, patient and friendly. I appreciate her thoroughness and attention to every detail. She is awesome! Bless is a joy. She possesses the same quality traits as Dr Small. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with all the help I received with picking out my first pair of glasses.

I would highly recommend Visual Eyes not only for their huge choice of eyewear but also for their friendly, helpful staff. Their opticians are excellent. I have been seeing Dr. Karen Wrigley for well over 15 years and have referred many people to her. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the eyes and the best with contact lenses, especially those who are hard to fit.

My experiences are always very pleasant. The staff is always friendly and I always appreciate how personal my appointments feel. Bless is so sweet and always asks about my son by name even though I haven't been a patient there that long. Dr. Small is very caring and helpful. I also never feel like just a patient during my exams. Glad I found this practice when I was looking for a new eye doctor.

I went in expecting the usual “read the smallest line you can barely see while questioning your life choices” experience… and instead got one of the best healthcare visits I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and somehow managed to make an eye exam feel relaxed (which I didn’t think was possible). Everyone was welcoming, professional, and actually seemed happy to be there—which says a lot. The doctor was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense without making me feel like I needed a medical degree to understand my own eyeballs. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly. Also, I’m convinced they have some kind of superpower when it comes to helping you pick frames. What should have been a stressful “do these make me look smart or like I’m trying too hard?” moment turned into an easy, even enjoyable process. Bottom line: great people, great service, and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. If all doctor visits were like this, I’d probably stop putting them off. Highly recommend.
