This was my first eye exam, and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained every test, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend them!
Exceptional experience from start to finish. Bessy was so friendly and attentive to my needs. She was patient and professional as we both looked around the office for the perfect frames. The level of personalized care and stylish frame selection really stood out. Dr. Moapichai took the time to explain everything in detail throughout the exam. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend this optometry office for anyone looking for quality eye care and amazing service.
This office is AMAZING! Very professional and personable from the greeting when you enter to finalizing billing. The Dr.’s are through my son and I both have excellent experiences and the selection of glasses have elevated over the years to some trendy, some classy, some conservative or stylish a bit of everything. Needless to say it’s a great place for eye care!
I went for the first time this week. Dr. Vo was fantastic. I have some unusual issues and she really listened, didn’t rush us, and explained everything she was doing clearly and simply. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I appreciated they explained everything they were doing and I never felt rushed. No upselling, which I appreciated, but they have information on cutting edge products and tech and happily - and honestly - answered my questions. Highly recommended.
I've been going to Visual Eyes - Kingstowne for 3 years now and have always been extremely pleased with my experience. All of the doctors and staff are wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable as they answer my questions and go over everything in detail. They are transparent in breaking down costs, which I appreciate. Bessie at the front desk is particularly helpful, especially with helping me make decisions about glasses frames. Bessie also went above and beyond in tracking down a replacement screw for my favorite sunglasses. I look forward to my yearly appointments and highly recommend this practice!
