I had a great experience at Visualeyes Optometry! The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain every part of my eye exam thoroughly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Dr. Kim was kind, professional, thorough and clearly well informed in her field. We went through the therapy process at Visualeyes. While it was a significant financial investment we did see improvement as a result and Cassie was fantastic!
I have been going to Visualeyes for eye care for more than 10 years because the entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are always on the cutting edge of technology to ensure that patients get the most productive assessments and care. I’ve never had to wait and I always get my questions answered. The best eye care I’ve ever received.
Advertised as neurodivergent-friendly, but that was not my experience. The optometrist Dr. Kim was skeptical and condescending when I disclosed my ND diagnosis, and dismissive when I brought up light sensitivity concerns. She kept on asking if I had a brain injury. As an adult ND patient, I feel I wasn’t treated with respect. The whole interaction felt very dismissive and patronizing. If you are a neurodivergent adult looking for a safe and accommodating environment, I would proceed with caution.
