So friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time spent with the doctor as he explained my imaging and eye health, and the staff helped me with their honest feedback. I have been to two other places that are "fine," but I missed out on a great experience! Definitely recommend 💯 and will be back. 🤓
New glasses for my mother. Adrienne hosted us and placed the order, and Leah performed the fitting when they arrived. Both of these ladies made us feel welcome and catered to mom’s requests, and we were quite happy with the selection & service. Outstanding job, ladies, well done. Highly recommend!
I've only had two experiences dealing with Eyemart. On both occasions I have had the pleasure of being assisted by your staff member, Leah. She has such a wonderful attitude; very welcoming as we walk through your front door. Leah has always addressed my concerns with courtesy and genuine concern. That lady is a keeper! Do everything you can to retain her, before she inherits complete control of your company as the new CEO. Thank you, Leah.
Love my new bifocals, with one as Polaroid sunglasses. Adrienne assisted me to select my frames and even made it fun! When my glasses came in, I was promptly notified and they fit perfect the first time for both, never had that happen before, no adjustments, told Adrienne, “boy, you’re good!” Thank you for an excellent experience!
WOW! What an awesome place to go for your eye care needs! I have been going to Ames Eyemart for several years and have always received the best care. The optometrist is very thorough, helpful and answered all my questions. I was given trial contact lenses to try, to makesure they were the right ones. After a week I called and they ordered them for me. The ladies out front helped me pick out the best frames for me and then explained all the options I could order on my lenses. They even found the frame to replace my broken one so I had spare glasses. I was so excited when my contacts and both pairs of my glasses came in ( because i could decide on just 1 pair). They made sure they fit well and that i was happy. Best of all I can get all the free adjustments I need. I recommend Ames Eyemart!
