Amazing care! Wait time was a little long but that’s to be expected coming to a new location. I’ve always loved target optical. Dr Delgado was quick and efficient, amazing and spot on prescription and copy of both right out the door. Do recommend this!

I appreciate the convenient location. I arrived promptly without the distraction of traffic. This in itself is an added bonus!! W. E. Care Optical Care offers a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Yu provided me with the best eye exam and follow-up care solutions fit specifically for my needs. He was both professional and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Yu and W.E Care Optical to anyone in need of vision care.

Was really impressed with the staff and Doctor. Dr Yu was very informative and thorough. Found Blepharitis so we'll be following up with the intense eyelash cleaning. And was diagnosed with Glaucoma. Following up with a specialist Very happy patient

I have been coming here for the past couple of years and have never had any issues. Dr. Yu was great! He was very patient with me and my kids and took his time examining us.Im only giving 4 stars because the assistant outside the exam room was rude to my 9-year-old son. He is shy and doesn’t speak up much. When he didn’t say hi back to her, she said, “What’s wrong with you? You don’t know how to talk?” It was not said in a friendly or playful way, and I didn’t appreciate how she spoke to him. I did bring it to the doctor’s attention. Other than that, the appointment went really well. We will continue coming here because we really like the doctors and have had good experiences with them. Hopefully, this assistant will be a little more mindful of how she speaks to children in the future.

I used to love coming to get my exams here but over the last couple of years things have changed. They seem to be pushing Dialation exams more and more. It almost feels they get a commission if they up-sale a Dialation exam. When I went in the first person I spoke with asked if I was interested in getting a Dialation and I said no and I signed a paper stating that I did not want it. When the dr called me in that's the first thing she asked me if I was sure that I didn't want Dialation. I told her no thank you. She proceeded with the exam and I feel since she didn't get the answer she wanted she began to try and scare me into a Dialation exam. She began to tell me that even though my eyes were doing great I could lose my eyesight in just a few years. I still said no thank you and before I left her office she told me again that I should reconsider. Im a grown man and I am fully aware of the procedures I need to have done. I am also capable of making my own decisions on my health and I am not easily coherence into doing things against my will. I just felt very uncomfortable with all the tactics that the doctor used to try and convince me. I left her office feeling that I no longer wanted to return to wecare optometry. I think they should reconsider their tactics because more people will leave. If a patient says no 1 time that should be it end of discussion. I don't need to be scared into an exam or shamed if I don't take that exam. I think you all need to change your thought process when it comes to putting patients in that type of uncomfortable situation
