Dr. Norton and his staff does an excellent job. I started seeing Dr.Norton when I was 11 back when he was at the Wal Mart in Pine Bluff. I'm now 34 years old. He helped get rid of my stigmatism. He is a great Dr and the ladies are always friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!
Dr. Tim Norton took care of both my mother and me in Hot Springs. We received excellent service from him and he was very caring. He was our eye doctor for 3 years and we miss him very much.
I went to this Dr. for 10 years. The new manager is rude and mean to customers. She never smiles and always has an attitude. I asked about my contacts and Lexi said they were never ordered. I’m going to find me another eye doctor.
I just called and found out that they close at 12 on Friday I was hurt cause I need my laugh. The staff was so helpful that I will be going in next week to have my services completed and my contacts will be ready for order! I love Dr. Norton and his staff they always try to help even on their most busiest days!!
Absolutely the worst service. I know it's COVID-19 and I followed all procedures. I arrived early to my appointment wearing my mask only to have several people seen before me. I had to ask for my paperwork. I told the doctor I was not pleased with the service I received this morning. He didn't apologize for his employees smoking cigarettes at the front door, nor for my time wasted waiting to see him. Tim Norton 👎🏽.
