Walked in at 8:51 to stage cashier ‘greeting’ us with “we close in like one minute so be fast”. I get it, I’ve been a closer for a long time, I understand wanting to have an easy close. My partner and I grab our supplies in literally less than a minute and went to check out, and for the entire time the man was complaining that we were even there buying (three) things and saying “a lot of places close early on sunday so i don’t know why yall think it’s weird”. Mind you, we didn’t even say anything during that entire transaction/trip. Left a very sour taste in my mouth, there’s a way to go about talking to your customers and that was not the way to do it. We also left at 8:54, when the store closed at 9. Little odd.

I called from a provider's office - a staff member answered but she placed me on speaker phone and then hung up. When I called again I was also placed on speaker phone and the member had an attitude when I let her know I was unable to hear because she was so far away from the phone.

Idk what’s up with the depressed pharmacy agent who keeps answering the phone, but if you hate your job get another one. It’s that easy. Why choose to be a downer to everyone you encounter? Why work at a pharmacy and don’t realize you need some happy pills yourself!?

Went in to buy a few items and load cash on to my cashapp card. I had been waiting in the line for 15 min or so and there was a lady in front of me and a lady behind me. The lady in front of me was also loading money onto her cashapp card. They opened the register for photo / printing while I was still standing in the line. I told them they could go ahead and take care of the woman behind me and so I guess because the lady at the register was Caucasian and the lady at the register in photos was of color I was then accused of being racist by the customer ahead of me (she was of color also) and the young lady at photography register... They both snickered back and forth making comments like "oh, she's one of those" and "girl, You already know why she wont come to your line" I remained in the line I was in because she was already loading money to cashapp and I figured it would make it easier on everybody . Instead , I was met with accusations of being racist... Its not professional for your employees to throw racial slurs and make your customers feel unwelcome to that extent in your establishment over assumptions. Just some friendly advice.
