I came in to get some sunglasses so that I could use my insurance before the end of the year. Beth helped me pick out the perfect pair. She got everything measured and ordered quickly. They got them in very quickly and kept me up to date with text alerts. Once I came back, she helped fit and adjust them for me. Would definitely shop here again!
The vision people that sit in this vision center are lazy , rude , and uncaring. Every time i go in this Walmart to shop or pick up a prescription they are sitting there looking as lost as they are. They NEVER show any real interest in why you're there or care to know your request. The only one who seems to care is the Caucasian lady who is always nice and she will try to help as much as she can - kudos to you!. Please help your fellow co worker's to perk up and do their job at least smile and greet customers when we enter instead of " crickets " Wow. If there was a ' work from home ' job available to help customers with their glasses that's exactly were these people should be for the lack of service they provide😶. Do YOUR job what you're getting paid to do. Worst vision center ever!!!!!!
I went to see Dr Larry Christopher Sunday and he fixed my glasses in 5 minutes!!! My glasses are clearer than they have ever been before. Great customer service I will be back again
