Made an appointment before Christmas for January 6, 2026. The office was closed the week of Christmas and new year's. On Monday 1/5/26 I received a text saying they had to move my appointment because THE DOCTOR WAS OUT OF TOWN!!! I told them to forget it. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
Stepped on my glasses and had an earpiece almost perpendicular to its usual position. Took it to Dr Stuart, and he was able to fix them. I was not a patient of his, and he didn't even charge me. I'm so grateful!

Excellent people. I came in today with an emergency situation and they did what they could to make sure I got new glasses. Started a new job and didn't want to be blind while I'm training. I came in at 230 pm and they had my glasses readythe same day.
Absolutely the worst customer service! I called on behalf of my mother who is older as well as new to glasses and had received lenses she did not want. Rather than trying to work with me or even discuss options, the receptionist became rude and short with me when I was simply asking if they had a 30 day return policy; they do not. I do NOT recommend due to poor customer service and an unwillingness to assist in replacing or returning glasses that don't work for customers. Horrible way to do business!
