The Optometrist, William Springer O.D., assistant and smiling staff at the Walmart optometry department are amazing. Every single person who helped us with our yearly exam and glasses purchases was helpful, positive, kind and knowledgeable in their field. Encountered a gentleman by the name of Steven working in the eye center. A very polite individual who took his time and assisted me with a problem I have had with my glasses for a long while. Pleasant, polite and knowledge he was able to fix my problem and show me the available options in the purchase of lenses. My husband unfortunately bent his frames on a Saturday. We went to this Walmart and Steven was able to get them straightened and back to feeling new. I really appreciate the help Steven gave us. 🙂

Our Sonora Walmart Vision Center is the best. They are professional with the services they do. Their customer service is top notch, they really care and want to give you the best care for your vision needs. I don’t have young children anymore but waiting for my turn . I saw how caring they were helping a mom with two of her children needing glasses on a budget. A company is only as good as the people they have working for them and they are the best vision care professionals. I had the pleasure of working with Dee, she helped me pick out the frames and got my prescription right. So happy I went to our Walmart Vision Center.
