Doctor Bailey is amazing! She is very thorough and patient. I was trying contacts for the first time, and she took her time making sure I understood everything. I also brought my four kids in for their yearly exam, and the staff took great care of them. I 100% would recommend Waller Family Eye Care!
My entire family has been a client of Waller Eye Care for 14 years. Dr. Bailey and team are the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and client centered. You get all the feelings and treatments of old time hometown care.
Dr. Bailey is very thorough, professional, and caring. She takes the time to explain everything she has assessed/examined, results, etc. excellent with adults and children alike. The staff is so nice and friendly as well. They are also very patient and helpful during the process of picking frames. Will recommend to family and friends.
I’ve been a patient of WFEC & Dr Tara Bailey for over 15 years. Her and her staffs thoroughness, care, and taking the time to explain issues that arise during visits is second to none. Because of their attention to detail, a potentially serious medical issue was found from a routine eye exam, and same day scheduling at the next level of care allowed my eye issue to be identified, examined, and subsequent follow-up care to be handled expeditiously. Dr Bailey and her staff are the best and there’s no other optometrist I trust with the care of my eyes.
So glad to have a facility close to home and the staff is wonderful! I appreciate how extremely thorough Dr. Jose was during my exam to ensure I received the best fitting prescription possible. Victoria was so kind and encouraging when I was getting my eye photos done and helped me stay relaxed. And Kerri and Haeley at the front are so sweet! I especially appreciate Haeley's input while I was picking out my glasses. She heard out my preferences and helped me find a style both affordable and beautiful with honesty on upgrades instead of the usual upsale pitch other places have done. I certainly hope they can be my home base for vision care for a long while!
