Had a great experience and service was outstanding... 100%. The team went out of their way to assist me on my first visit. I was in a major hurry and the team was able to review my eyes, get me in front of the eye doctor and perform all testing under 25 minutes. I went back to the location twice trying to pic the best looking frames that fits me and my lifestyle. The team helped me select the frame that worked best with lots of patience. Never once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to make a selection. I will be back and I highly recommend this location for all your eye needs. Scott. T

Have purchased over $4000 worth of glasses at this place for my wife and I in the past 2 years, bought every option when selecting my glasses. Lenses cracked, less than a year old, only thing the rep can say is you didn’t buy a warranty sorry. That’s fine, I’ll never purchase another pair from this place again. Glasses are way over priced here anyway and now horrible customer service, definitely will never come back

I've dealt with Jesse for the first time last year for my first purchase of prescribed sunglasses along with everyday eyeglasses & nothing but good things on customer service, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, here recently I lost my pair of sunglasses & he took really good care of me from start of the phone conversation to the time I went I person to complete the transaction. Also, great selection on everyday glasses & sunglasses!
